During Alchemy Sound Healing sessions crystal bowls, voice, chimes, and other sound healing instruments are woven together to create a field of refined vibration where deep calm arises and healing can happen.
Through the medicine of sound you can experience states of profound release and relaxation, transformation and expansiveness, as each refined crystalline tone releases blocked energy and re-aligns all aspects of your being.

In these classes whether its yoga or conscious movement, you're invited to slow down, feel, and connect with your body and breath. Embodied movement combined with breath merges with moments of stillness and sensation to awaken connection and inner awareness. The practice honors your ability to feel, to be curious, and to deeply listen to your unique inner rhythms.

It's in sharing the stories, triumphs, and struggles, that we find our sameness, open our hearts and take the first step toward knowing our value. Each gathering offers a safe space for women to honor their gifts and engage in experiences that encourage them to share their unique wisdom.
